Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Location is superb just 2-3mins walk to the main train station hakata station where you can easily accessible to around in Fukuoka.
Room is quite small consider most hotel rooms in Japan are small. We had breakfast at the hotel nice ambience but choice of varieties so so. You can consider your breakfast by going to the train station to eat as you can find many shops around in the station and shopping around for food, clothing, skincare and souvenirs are so convenient.
The hotel offers comprehensive facilities, and the room was equipped with an air purifier. It was quite clean and surprisingly spacious. The location is excellent, being close to Watanabedori Subway Station and popular attractions such as Tenjin Underground Shopping Center and Canal City Hakata. There's a 7-Eleven and a sizable supermarket right outside, which makes buying breakfast and fruits very convenient. The hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor and is quite spacious. When I accidentally scalded my hand with hot water, the front desk staff immediately provided an ice pack for prompt treatment. I really appreciated their quick assistance.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Tenjin Station. The facilities are also very new and modern, and there's a dedicated lounge perfect for dining or catching up on work, with complimentary coffee available. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Fukuoka.

As a solo traveler, I was looking for a slightly cheaper option and didn't mind a smaller room, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The hotel's location is just as convenient as those near Hakata Station. The Nanakuma subway line is right at its doorstep, and it's also a straightforward 10-minute walk along the main road to Hakata Station. Canal City is right next door, Kushida Shrine is just behind, and there's a 24-hour drugstore and a large supermarket right by the hotel, making shopping incredibly convenient. Housekeeping isn't daily; it's every other day. If you need your room cleaned, you can place a request tag on your door. However, even when the room isn't cleaned, fresh towels are provided outside your door.

A taxi ride from Fukuoka Airport to the hotel takes about 15 minutes and costs around 2200 JPY, which is quite convenient. When checking out for your return trip to the airport, you can ask the front desk to arrange a taxi. They'll write the license plate number on a card for you, and the taxi will be waiting downstairs by the time you head down.
While it's a bit of a walk from Hakata Station (about 10 minutes), luckily we didn't encounter any rainy weather. However, walking that distance in the summer heat felt quite tiring.
The popular cafe 'Bread, Espresso &...' located downstairs has long queues in the morning, but you won't need to queue at all in the afternoon or evening. Canal City and Kushida Shrine are both within walking distance (you'll pass by the Full Full bakery on the way).
Regarding the tatami room, the tatami area is quite substantial and takes up a large portion of the space, but consequently, the bathroom and shower are quite small. It's highly recommended if you're traveling with children. However, if you don't have kids, I personally found the deluxe twin room I stayed in previously to be quieter and more spacious.
The hotel doesn't offer full room cleaning every day; on the second and third days of our stay, they only replaced toiletries and emptied the trash bins. This was acceptable to me, as the overall cleanliness remained good. If you require daily full cleaning, you can always inform the front desk.
Nice hotel to stay. Location superb, breakfast even more superb! Car parking is convenient though not not cheap. The design is also clean and feel nice to be in. No cap but tge rest of amrnities are all prepared for you to use. Highly recommend
Just one comment, the cleaner left this Mcdonald fries in my room after her duty, it just doesn't feel very clean after that
Great location right near to the subway and many eateries. Staff were friendly and helpful, and definitely no complaints about the room.
Appreciate the weighing scale too! Which let us make sure that our bags were not overweight. 😄

Check-in was at 3 PM. We registered, dropped off our bags, and went out to explore. When we returned, we simply collected our room key, as our suitcases had already been delivered to our room. The hotel was very clean, and the hot spring bath was wonderfully relaxing. There are ice machines and drink vending machines available on three floors within the building. A great example of their excellent service was when I accidentally left my sunglasses after checking out; the hotel staff kept them safe until I could retrieve them.
The hotel's location is fantastic. It's surrounded by affordable restaurants like Kura Sushi (conveyor belt sushi), Matsuya, and Matsunoya. Popular ramen spots like Ichiran are also just a short walk away. The airport line subway station is incredibly convenient, only about 100 meters from the hotel – it's just four stops to the airport and two stops to Hakata. Tenjin, with restaurants like Shin-Shin ramen and a Uniqlo store, is also just a ten-minute walk away.
I visited on a weekend, so the room rate was significantly higher than usual, possibly two or three times the regular price. That said, Japanese hotels generally maintain high standards, and the cleanliness here was impeccable. The only minor point was that the room was a bit on the small side. As for breakfast, it was truly the best I've ever encountered at an express hotel.

This is a decent hotel, though the rooms are on the smaller side. The standout features are the public hot spring bath on the 14th floor and an observation deck with complimentary beverages. Even though the view isn't spectacular, it's a great way to rehydrate and unwind on the observation deck after enjoying the hot spring.

YYouribenThis is an incredibly comfortable hot spring resort offering excellent value for money. So many complimentary amenities are included, such as afternoon tea, beverages, swimming, bicycle usage, and a shuttle bus service. The rooms are very spacious, boasting beautiful ocean views. At night, with no light pollution, you can enjoy a breathtaking starry sky. There are hardly any international guests, making for a wonderfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

LLuobotuExtremely convenient, just a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport (around 1500 JPY). Hakata Station is also easily accessible on foot, taking about 15 minutes. With plenty of convenience stores, drugstores, and restaurants nearby, it's perfect for exploring.
Check-in was seamless; just have your reservation confirmation, passport, and credit card ready. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and spoke very gently, kindly informing us of all the important check-in details.
The lobby was absolutely stunning, resembling a beautiful 'library.' The exterior also looked very special at night. Even when we forgot to put out the 'make up room' sign one day, they thoughtfully left fresh towels and other amenities by our door.
The room was a suitable size, quite spacious for a family of three. We also noticed a particularly sacred and vintage-looking chapel on the first floor. The entire hotel had a wonderful ambiance.
Check-out was also very convenient, with complimentary luggage storage available for same-day pick-up. The staff member who helped us with our luggage was extremely polite, and even the luggage tags looked nice!
Overall, a very pleasant stay. This will definitely be our top choice for future visits to Fukuoka!
RRuckA good location for shopping and nightlife and convenient for travel with a near Metro station and also quite near Hakata Station.
The room was a bit dated and I'm not sure about their cleaning policy. If companies are going to claim to do certain practices (not change bedding) due to environmental concerns, then these should be joined up. Plenty of single use plastics for instance.
Also feel Japanese hotels should be more considerate and flexible with check in and check out times. 11 check out, 3pm check in is too bigger a gap - but this appears to be industry standard across the country and not a complaint of this hotel alone.
However, this is a minor complaint.
GGuest UserThe hotel offer great amenities. The onsen is great & is a nice surprise. We enjoyed the free ramen, ice cream bars and yakult, especially after the hot bath. There is also washing machines with washing liquid for use for free. The price of the room is a bargain considering the free amenities. The location of the hotel is very convenient with a subway entrance just in front of the hotel!

WWAI MANStaff is nice and friendly!
Though it is not super close to the station but it's still a comparative convenient location to me.
There're also many good place to eat nearby, highly recommend REC coffee, breakfast is great!
Soundproofing is just so-so, the Korean family stayed next to us is so noisy and banged the door all the time..
GGuest UserIn general, the location of the hotel is good as it is close to the subway station and bus station. Also, there are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. I would recommend my friends to book the hotel.
헤헤수스The Hostel is located 2 min from the subway station, and 15-20 min walking from Hakata Station. The capsule/pod is very spacious, with a adjustable light, hangers and a blackout curtain. I liked that even closing the curtain the capsule wouldn’t get hot. There are lockers for small bag and important items and also a designated area for bigger bags and coats.
The bathrooms in the dorm were always clean. They have 2 shower rooms based on gender. The shower room has a minimum if 6-7 showers. They have baskets to place your clothes and personal items. Before the shower, there is room for changing, it is wide enough it can easily fit 3 people. I noticed the shampoo bottles were always full/refilled. Dryer and some extra amenities were also available at the shower room. The lounge is really good, the ac worked perfectly, enough chairs and tables to eat or work, and even bigger tables for groups. As expected they have information for tourist but also assorted books and mangas, even some in english. The kitchen is well equipped (oven, microwave, stove, plates, hot water, etc). The breakfast was simple but fresh. The first floor has a room for bigger luggage and also they have a washing/drying room, just make sure to have 100yen coins, if not ask the staff to exchange cash. TBH i can’t think of a negative experience, the staff was always friendly and ready to assist, they spoke perfect japanese and english. After checking out i visited another city but ended coming back to fukuoka and making a reservation in this hostel again. 100% recommended.
