A really nice hotel, enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is located next to the Sahara mall and bus stop and has transfer to a local beach. Hotel staff was friendly. My room was big and had all necessary amenities. Breakfast was good and different every day. Stayed in 2 other 4-star hotels in Emirates, this one was the best. The only thing that I didn’t like - it was quite noisy at nights because the windows of my room faced the road, so I had to sleep with earplugs on. But all in all it was a great stay!

(Please note: we ended up having a FAMILY SUITE - ocean view (free upgrade because they were full). Not the Standard Family Room with City View, as is titled here.)
We had a great time here. The room service menu is great and we ordered a lot from it and didn't leave the hotel - we chilled, looking at the wonderful view of the water/city side, and ate room service for all our meals. The staff are lovely and welcoming and the water view is nice. We were happy with our stay. The wall is really cute, with no painting, but a desert photo as a full-wall mural.
I only stayed at non-smoking hotels during the rest of our UAE stay stay, except this one - I could smell cigarette smoke sometimes when in the toilet room. Must be the vents. The carpet could do with a removal and put wood instead, as it smelt a little smokey but not that noticeable and you don't have a balcony or window. Smoking in hotel rooms seems to be an option in the UAE, given booking options at many hotels in the UAE. Overall, I had a nice time here and would stay there again for a day or 2. We were there to be close to Dubai Airport for the next morning's flight.
Again, the staff were lovely. The sofa bed was comfortable for my son. Next door is a tall building being constructed, so you may hear some noise, depending on how close you are to that - just ask to be away from that side. We were literally on the end wall and closest to it and it wasn't a bother really.
We were upgraded to a family suite, on the 16th of 17th floor! It was so roomy and fantastic. So many cupboards and space and you can completely shut the door in the adults room and the kids could be out on the double-bed sofa couch.

Very satisfied, it is the best hotel for this trip, and experiencing the Middle Eastern style room has become an important part of the trip. The location is in the heart of Sharjah, and it is integrated with the museum of the heart of Sharjah. The service and breakfast are the highlights. A delicious drink is served first when checking in. The breakfast is great, more exquisite and stylish than the buffet. During the Spring Festival, you can feel full of sincerity. The staff will say Happy New Year. The room also thoughtfully prepares red envelopes (with chocolates in them) and small snacks with Happy New Year written on them. They are very delicious. Breakfast also adds a Chinese menu, but it’s a pity that there is only one day. It’s delicious. It is recommended to make more! A few points in the ointment: it is too close to the mosque, and the sound of the prayer will be disturbed. The bath water will not be hot after a long time, so you must wash it quickly, and the two people are separated. There is another point that I don’t know whether to say it is an advantage or a disadvantage. There is no hair dryer in the room. I found it after I washed my hair. I was embarrassed to wait for the waiter to deliver it. It turned out to be a Dyson. Well, this is also OK~ Everyone can pay attention to it in advance and ask for it in advance.
Beautiful property, beautiful view from the tent. Very secluded, for us it was a big plus. Breakfast was very good, one of the best !!
Staff is very helpful.
Only the dinner menu needs to be improved, except fish , everything was so so

overall it’s a good hotel and everything works fine , but if you need to be close to Dubai downtown it’s too far and traffic has become an issue. The room smelled strange and bed pillows i found uncomfortable as well as the bedlinen smelled old/ not good not fresh it annoyed me a bit . the room was comfortable and quiet and the bathroom nice . If the location doesn’t matter it’s a good choice . The area around it has nothing to offer lots of traffic , better don’t walk around there

My recent stay at this exquisite 5-star hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the **English-speaking staff** provided warm, attentive service, ensuring every need was met with professionalism and genuine care.
**Comfort:**
The room was a sanctuary of luxury – plush bedding, ergonomic furniture, and climate control created absolute tranquility. The soundproofing ensured uninterrupted rest, while the blackout curtains guaranteed perfect sleep.
**Cleanliness:**
Impeccably maintained! The entire property, from the lobby to the room (especially the spotless marble bathroom), reflected rigorous hygiene standards. Housekeeping deserves special praise for their meticulous attention to detail.
**Service:**
Staff consistently demonstrated fluency in English, eliminating any language barriers. The concierge arranged seamless reservations, and room service was prompt and courteous. Their proactive approach made me feel genuinely valued.
**Additional Highlights:**
- Gourmet breakfast with diverse international options
- State-of-the-art fitness center and serene spa
- Prime location with breathtaking city/skyline views
**Final Verdict:**
A flawless blend of elegance, comfort, and outstanding service. Perfect for discerning travelers seeking a refined, stress-free experience. I’ll undoubtedly return and highly
MMoonyhoneyOverall, the Sheraton Sharjah Hotel is in a nice location, The hotel staff seemed unmotivated and unwilling to assist customers. The receptionist was notably avoiding guests during check-in, and staff repeatedly asked for positive reviews, which felt unprofessional. It seems the only thing they are motivated about is having their names mentioned in good reviews.

DDr. Youlanda Denise BarberShe arrived to a half full parking area. The lobby was festive, small, well lit, and quiet. Two Asian receptionist received her. They were very nice, polite, and professional.
They gave her a trim on the fifth floor facing the rose. This is what we asked for. She really loved her room. The hard wood floors, the art work. The added lights. She couldn’t stop talking about the balcony.
On her next stay, we’d love for her to stay on the top floor and please no more loud, unruly Arab families with crazy children.
We could here them slamming doors and shouting during her webinar. We knew it was Arabs.
