This was my third stay here, and unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my previous experiences. The hotel still boasts many positives, like its excellent facilities and family-friendly focus. However, I felt a noticeable dip in service quality compared to my earlier visits.
Two minor changes stood out to me and left a negative impression:
1. Firstly, plastic slippers are no longer provided in the rooms; instead, guests are required to purchase them at the front desk. What's the logic behind this? Considering your hotel specializes in water-based entertainment, are you really expecting guests without their own flip-flops/water shoes to buy them on the spot? Every other family-friendly hotel of this caliber includes plastic slippers as a standard amenity.
2. Secondly, there was no separate energy-saving key card in the room. This meant the room was uncomfortably hot when we first entered. Previously, a dedicated power card was always provided in addition to the two room key cards. This is a basic feature that comparable hotels always offer.

Overall I had a good stay at Mood Hotel Pattaya. The best part is definitely the location—just a short walk to the beach and close to attractions. Easy access to convenience stores, food, and transportation. The hotel decoration looks nice too with all the smiley faces. My room was a bit small but fine for one person. The only downsides were the view, which faced an inside courtyard and felt a bit dark, and some ant issues. I left a couple of pastries out, and they were completely covered by ants in no time! Just a tip: keep your food in the fridge to avoid that!

The hotel is very conveniently located, there is a direct exit to the Terminal 21 shopping center. I liked that the room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. On the 32nd floor, the restaurant is open only from 17.00, which was inconvenient for us, we wanted to have lunch. There is a mini-water park area for kids, a pool for children and a large pool, 130 cm deep. The kids' club is designed for children up to 6 years old approximately. The slide is suitable for children, because when you land you end up in the water with a shallow pool and personally I hit my butt hard and got scratched, and my 12-year-old son's swimming trunks also wore out. The minibar was well stocked with juices, water, soda, nuts, chips, coffee in drip bags 👍, tea, sugar. Everything you need is in the room, except for an iron, you have to ask for it. The room is clean, the linen and towels are good. Smart TV and you can watch YouTube. Overall the hotel is good, but personally I like it when the corridors and rooms are light, but here it is too dark for me. The staff is very polite. The ice cream by the pool is super tasty!
This place is great if you’re on a self-driving trip. It’s quiet and relaxing, though there’s no convenience store nearby.
The property has two buildings. I stayed in the back one, but I’m not sure which is newer. Overall, the building is quite nice. I did run into a problem during check-in when they couldn’t find my booking confirmation, but Trip.com handled it quickly and efficiently—big thumbs up for their customer service.
The room was comfortable and even had a bathtub. However, like many other reviewers mentioned, the bathroom water system is a real downside. The temperature control is poor—you either get scalding hot or very cold water, and the bathtub water never gets hot enough.
Facilities are solid: there are two swimming pools with clean, clear water, plus a gym with good equipment and a sauna.
Breakfast is buffet-style with a decent range, from western breads to Asian stir-fried vegetables. But the drink options are limited. For milk, they only provide regular fresh milk—no alternatives. There’s an egg station and a soup station. I asked for a sunny side up, but the chef said they only make omelets, which was a bit strange. At least the omelet was tasty. Overall, breakfast was just okay—acceptable but not very impressive.
All in all, it’s a nice hotel to relax at for a holiday. Hopefully, they improve the hot water system soon. Definitely a good choice if you’re traveling by car.
but bathroom water system is disappointing me! Otherwise, rating is gonna be high ;)) way to go~

Location is perfect and the room is clean. There aren't too many types of breakfast options. Overall satisfactory,The swimming pool is not very big, but the view is great
Super nice staff and can call us to check in ealier when the room is ready. Amazing water park, with lots of slides. The floats provided in the water park for adults and kids raised the enjoyment. The free activity- aqua dance & pool game are also good!
The hotel is situated on the beach, conveniently off the main road with a beautiful beach view out of the room. The rooms are spacious, very supportive and kind staff, ample parking, a roof top restaurant and outdoor restaurant which makes the stay enjoyable. There amenities with the pools, gym is amazing.

Been there for 10 days. Had to change rooms many times cause of problems with the room. Then I said if I get a good room I’ll book more days. The man at the reception promised me that but they did not contact me anymore for another room. Disappointed with that and I was to tired to keep going and tell them what’s wrong so I slept the extra 3 days in a room where the remote of the tv did not work properly. I was sick so stayed at the hotel for the most time and then it’s very irritating when you wanna watch proper tv. Bad luck I guess. Room looks good but they don’t clean the wall tiles in the shower and the sink or not good enough cause you can see the limescale and mole in the bathroom. If they did that and listen to what’s wrong with the room it would be a 8 of 9 out of 10

Sure! Here’s your paragraph translated into English:

I often visit Pattaya, and this is my first time staying at this hotel. I had a great experience. The front desk staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast hours were excellent, from 7 AM to 4 PM, and the restaurant staff provided great service. From my perspective, the food was more than sufficient and tasted good. The breakfast area was nice, with both outdoor seating and air-conditioned options. The arrangement for breakfast, along with the 24-hour check-in time, was very user-friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for its courteous service.
I had a day's break in my stay. Upon checking in again, I was informed that my previous check-out hadn't been processed, which caused a slight delay. Despite that, it was just as good as my last visit. I was surprised to find they had a DJ playing at night. However, the excellent soundproofing meant the music didn't bother me at all, thanks to the sealed windows in the room.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room was very clean. The service staff would take off their shoes when they came in to clean the room. Every time they cleaned, two cleaners came in and were very polite. The whole hotel is very big, especially the outdoor swimming pool. There is also a slide for children to swim, which is a favorite for children. I was satisfied with the hotel when I saw it, but there were no rooms on Ctrip. I had to pay at the hotel front desk, which was much more expensive.
MMillet NicdaoAll in all I like my room at building B room 314.
A big room for a solo traveller, has 2 beds and aircon is working well. The location is near Terminal 21 mall, to the beach I walked 40 minutes from hotel. I suggest if you stay here and want to go somewhere near the center of Pattaya, don't grab a mosai (a single motorcycle where they take you and have to pay expensive) You must have a BOLT app, because it's cheaper, I never knew this until my 3rd day at the hotel. I grab a mosai to Soi Buakhao only it cost me 80 baht, where when you book at BOLT it's only 30 baht.

YYASSINE IBIDARNEThis spot’s perfect if you love quiet—though Pattaya’s attractions are about 2.5km away. The room’s beautiful and clean, and the reception owner’s super friendly. No complaints here!
MMorisangshiEnough said, this is my go-to hotel every time I visit. Why? It's incredibly convenient for getting around. You can find affordable massages and plenty of dining options right nearby. While the hotel might be a bit dated, it's always relatively clean. Once I've gotten used to a place, I just don't feel like trying anywhere else. The price is also very reasonable – 240 RMB, including breakfast for two people. I'll definitely be staying here again in a few months.
SSahenHighly impressive hotel in Pattaya. It's very close to pattaya beach. Hotel have a Swimming pool, it’s clean and big. Smoking zone also clean and stuffs very friendly. Their customer service are very professional & im impressed.
BBen_inChinaWhat a resort!! Wow! Although not perfect.. the facilities and the rooms, villas and surrounding customer service.. all the staff, simply amazing 👏 we really appreciated to have such care and attention at each step of our stay. The villa for 2 bedroom also amazing and it was very kind of the reception manager to allow us to see the 3 bedroom villa for our next stay.
One small thing.. the food in the restaurants on half board could do with a little more options and also the breakfast. All was a little too spicy or Asian.
Regardless of anything, we will be back!
北北商西屯I didn't pay breakfast when I booked the room, and paid 250 baht per person in the restaurant. The breakfast was not very rich but enough to fill me up. The front desk service was excellent.
I wanted to stay for two more days, but Pattaya was hosting a marathon. The hotel room rates went up ridiculously. Sadly, I had to leave the hotel.
