仏谶The main meals are mostly grilled meat and fish. The most Lebanese grilled fish is the local seafood "Sultan Ibrahim" fish. This Mediterranean fish is about three inches long, light red, and tender. There is no pure white rice. All kinds of diced meat, chopped vegetables, and nuts are added. Flatbreads smeared with minced meat or diced tomatoes are also quite local.
