TA用户Since I was staying at the Sangallo Palace Hotel I decided to try their restaurant. It was a good choice! My main course, fillet of pork in a pepper sauce,was very good, as were the accompanying grilled vegetables. Service was pleasant and efficient.

TheForkUserVery original dishes with excellent quality of produce. Not a traditional Tuscan restaurant, the latter of which there are plenty. The restaurant nevertheless uses local produce and turns it into very original and tasty dishes. I decided on a wine pairing and was not disappointed about the quality of the wines. The restaurant setting is with lovely furniture of the 70s and the service is excellent. It could do with a bit lesss formal. Overall an excellent experience and definitely worth visiting.
