The firm roasted lamb and offal sausages are delicious and not smelly, but you will feel sick of them after eating them, especially the sausages soaked in soup. The Basque cake is not what I imagined, but it is delicious as a cake~

Michelin-star French food is not a big deal in Paris. This restaurant is not unexpectedly delicious. The decoration style is a combination of art deco and art. It is not my preference and feels very comfortable. For me, a good restaurant is too important except for the dishes. The display and service are too important. Their wine is a feature. Very much, the wine list is a thick book, there is a special wine cellar, I do not drink more regrettable.

New Zealand lamb skewers roast pig skin, highly recommended, really pure lamb, there is a little mutton flavor, but the achievement is very love, roast pig skin is also very skin, oil is full, a lot of toughness ~ the price is really cheap ~

It was my first time to try the two-star restaurant Restaurant Le Gabriel (Shanghai Yubaoxuan failed). The truffle appetizer was very creative, the main dish rainbow trout was amazing, and the price-performance ratio was high 🍾 In the end, I had no money to pay the bill after eating, so I was detained in the kitchen to work to pay off my debts

This Xianggong is really in a great location. It is on the edge of the local landmark Eiffel Tower. It takes only ten minutes to walk. This is also authentic Chinese food.

The chef was once a deputy to Misan Arpege, and later went to Ambroisie and Pierre Gagnaire, two Samsung, to study, blending Spanish, American, and Japanese flavors. Each dish is very small, the set meal plus appetizer, a total of 18 dishes, eating nearly 3 and a half hours. Every dish is particularly exquisite, attentive, creative, and without a single mistake. Although there is only one star at the moment, I believe that I will be able to pick another one in two years. It is a French meal worth trying.

☺️ L'Oiseau Blanc, very good 🇫🇷🍴, you can view 🗼, the scenery is good at night, many stars have come. 🤪 I chose the chef surprise 💯! Recommended wine 💯! The two people are almost 450 💶, and they can still be worth it.

Whether it is pork, lamb or beef, it is basically seasoned and fresh. recommend. Cold noodles are not recommended, the taste is generally the same, the noodles can't be chewed. If you have eggplant, I personally don't like it very much~

The modern French cuisine incorporates many elements that are familiar to us Asians, which is a very novel collision. For example, the coquillage in the appetizer is paired with something similar to chorizo, which actually feels like spicy fried clams. In fact, the second main course, pan-fried pigeon breast, is a very traditional French cuisine, so there is no surprise, but the pigeon leg with sour and spicy potato shreds and caviar is very interesting. Finally, I want to complain that the chef is really obsessed with the taste of croustillant. Eating too much will really make you a little aesthetically fatigued (several deep-fried meatballs are interspersed in it), which will lower the overall experience.
