The signature grilled whole fish is much bigger than expected. The skin of the grilled fish is crispy, not fishy or greasy at all, very tender and fragrant! I tried foreign restaurants briefly, but I still like Chinese food, which is really sweet and spicy, and I am still a little bit uncomfortable with it.
