Sure enough, this pie is quite special. The main part of the bottom layer of pie is a layer of apple puree with apple grains, which is a bit soft, but a bit like fudge. There is a layer of shortbread on top, and then a layer of cream. It is sweet but not greasy, very refreshing. I booked a seat at 7:30, but I arrived a little early, so I decided to take some photos around. There was a retro party going on in the restaurant, and there were many people in strange costumes. I ordered a Norwegian LAKS, which is salmon. The grilled fish is a big piece, and it is already very thin to eat this one. The salmon is not very fat, and it feels quite thin. The taste is also very good, highly recommended.
