行乐RAKU The sushi restaurant "Tsukuda" opened in August 1993. When the owner, Yuji Matsuo, was young, he studied at a famous sushi restaurant in Tokyo. When Tsukuda first opened in Saga, he used to import goods from Tokyo. But since he found more fresh and rare ingredients at the port of Karatsu, he changed to using various fish from Kyushu to make sushi. Now Tsukuda uses fresh seafood caught in Karatsu, and only adds red vinegar and salt to the vinegar rice.
