Elegance, attention to detail, delicious food, great wine and drinks list, variety of options on no-low alcohol, vegan and vegetarian options and service ware is just stunning (Hermes for example). The combination of kitchen and dining room team is just second to none and particularly the Chef's Table is by far one of the best ambience, value for money you can find in London.

Being the first table in front of the kitchen was very special as we felt in the middle of a ballet scene.The food was so great, everything was cooked perfectly and the flavours on spot. Personal favorite: the sardine. The cuisine is also quite excellent, the vegetable cookpot was a presentation of vegetables and fruits as a truly delicious dish which showed the admirable genius and expertise of the chefs.
