It is said that this is the most recommended restaurant in Trondheim. We were turned away without reservation on the first day. We had to make reservation on the second day to eat there. The two-story restaurant with an ordinary storefront still felt depressing. The distance between the tables was too small. We could hear clearly what others said. The service was very good. We asked for pre-dinner drinks after we sat down. Then we were introduced to the special appetizers and main dishes of the day. The special appetizer monkfish was fried and of course delicious. The fish meat was quite firm. In addition, another appetizer, king crab legs, had a sweet crab flavor. The main dishes were three other devil fish, red fish, and butterfish. The methods were similar. They were all fried and drizzled with different sauces. Although the waiter kept asking how it tasted, I actually thought it was just average. However, the service was very good.

In the Norwegian city of Trondheim, where burgers and sandwiches are basically sold, the locals can only find this restaurant Havfruen on the edge of the Nied River on the Old Town Bridge. There is no reservation and the table by the window is occupied. The scenery outside the window is the Nied River. There are also rows of colorful water wooden houses. The view environment is very good. The waiter will first ask the guests what pre-dinner wine to drink, and then introduce the menu after the pre-dinner wine. Mussels from Afjord, Liquor boils the green mouth, divided into large and small portions, large portions can be used as main dishes, small portions are appetizers, because the green mouth is too fat, absorbs the soup, and then drink the white wine one mouth, the grape and honey taste is really delicious, and there is meat in each. There are not a few empty shells to a blue mouth. Whale, whale chops, Norwegian specialties, fat whales, the meat is very hard and woody, not tasty at all. Catch of the day, is fresh fish, salmon, the meat is very slippery and tough, praise Creamed Fishsoup, Norwegian cream fish soup, and Norwegian specialties, salmon is too big, cooked salmon is very heavy, they do not know how to use ginger to remove the fishy smell, this is a bit inferior. After dinner, walking by the river, there are beautiful scenery and food, this is the meaning of my trip.
