The 🍥 duck liver🍥, which looks like red velvet cake, is ingeniously added with red yeast rice to adjust the color, and figs and beetroot puree to enhance the flavor and fragrance, making it less greasy and more sweet. The elusive 🦆 egret duck🦆 has a very tender meat index, a firm and lean taste but not dry. It is still flowery when you first see it, but the skin and meat are separated in a blink of an eye. The duck meat is stewed with green wheat kernels into risotto, which is crispy but not rotten and chewy. Dessert 🍨Straw ice cream🍨, a pleasing molecular cuisine, not only impressed by its appearance, but also amazing taste buds, lifelike tree branch biscuits, fresh and refined ice cream, take you back to Daocheng in one dream🌾
