TheForkUserWe were here for the second time being food and the food was great. Guestliness was extraordinary. The choice was a 5-gangen menu from the chef.With a fun the beginning was well deployed. As a privileged dish, then served pecked doradefilet, potato salad, peanut and beet and sweet vegetables.As the second dish, there was pastinate soup with smoked pearl, caviar with special taste and gross mustard.As intermediate housed Ravioli packed with Dutch garlic and gamba with a crevette sauce smelting on the tongue.As main food softly cut bovine sukade of Landgoed Palmesteyn with a sauce on roast baked vegetables and fresh fries with own made mayonnaise.. The after-food was a Tatin Tatin with cream angelaise, which was pre-dessert, a nice closet of the evening.
