This restaurant is recommended by locals in Samarkand. I thought I was going wrong. Go in and lively! There is a singing and dancing performance on the stage, and the stage is the same as a party. I feel that except for me, no one really came to eat ~ too sad.

仏谶
Uzbeks work hard in farming, are good at doing business, but also raise sheep. Uzbeks believe in Islam, and avoid eating pigs, dogs, donkeys, stew, etc., mainly beef, sheep, horse meat and dairy products. They like to eat pilaf and kebabs. The food that Uzbeks often eat is also "Kurdak" potato stew, "Nisala" with egg whites and sugar made of food, grab meat, barbecue, roasted buns, pull sticks, rice mung bean soup, rice intestines, noodles persimmons, etc. According to the Uzbek tradition, the elderly are seated at the table and the young are seated at the table. It is strictly forbidden to take off your hat during dinner, and you cannot cough, snort or speak loudly in front of the guests. Otherwise it will be considered impolite.
