1. Tako (Shinjuku branch) - Address: 3-20-1 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo - Recommended dishes: tofu, beef tendon, cabbage rolls, snail meat, octopus sashimi - Description: This is an authentic oden restaurant, and most of the customers are Japanese. Tofu, beef tendon, cabbage rolls and snail meat are recommended as a la carte ingredients. The soup is sweet and not salty, and it is delicious when tasted alone. In addition, their octopus sashimi is also very fresh and delicious, only HKD 40 per plate, and it is even better with sake. - Value for money: 4/5 - Return rate: 5/5 2. Abe Tempura (Ginza branch) Michelin - Address: 4-3-7 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo - Recommended dish: Tempura Imperial Set Meal - Description: This is the most delicious tempura restaurant I have ever eaten! The fried noodles are thin, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The tempura is mainly fresh shrimp, and it is very delicious without dipping sauce. The only regret is that the store is very small, with only 16 seats, and the flow of people is also very chaotic. It takes an hour to wait when you arrive at 1 pm. It is recommended to make an appointment in advance. - Value for money: 4/5 - Return rate: 3/5 3. Aizawa - Address: 27, Tokatata Onsen Nakamachi, Omachi, Katata-gun, Miyagi Prefecture - Recommended dishes: set meal, potato salad, sashimi, thick-cut deep-fried pork chop - Description: This time I also stayed at Zao Onsen Hotel for two days. There is a small shop run by a fishmonger nearby. It is a traditional Japanese-style building with a quiet environment and tatami seats. The set meal is very rich, and the side dishes include potato salad and sashimi, which are fresh and not snowy, and very satisfying. In addition, the thick-cut deep-fried pork chop is crispy on the outside, not much fried flour, and the pork chop is very thick, thicker than the two in Hong Kong! 4. Arufi Harahuku - Address: Tokyo Shibuya City Sendagaya 3 Chome-63-1 Grain De Furresta Harajuku - Description: This shop offers a zero-MSG chicken soup base, and the barbecued pork is roasted on site. With sour and sweet yuzu juice, it is different from the traditional pork bone soup ramen, and it feels refreshing and appetizing. If you like strong flavors, you can also try their soy sauce flavor, which is rich in chicken fat and has an attractive aroma. Only electronic payments are accepted. It is very popular, and there was already a long line at 5:30pm, but the line moves quickly and the waiting time is about 30 minutes. - Recommended menu: Yuzu salt ramen 1264 Yen, Yuzu soy sauce ramen 1073 Yen - Value for money: 4.5/5 - Return rate: 4/5 5. Uchitateya (うちたて家) - Address: Ikebukuro > 3-13-17 Minami-ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo - Description: This shop has a lot of recommended udon noodles! My boyfriend and I have different opinions on it. The noodles are hand-cut and have different shapes, which are chewier than Sanuki Udon. The soup base is prepared with duck fat, but the taste is not much different from ordinary soy sauce. The disadvantage is that the noodles get cold easily, and the soup is not hot enough, which causes the noodles to get cold quickly. Recommended for friends who like chewy taste. You may have to wait for about an hour if you arrive at the store around 8 pm. - Recommended menu: Duck sauce udon tsukemen, large portion, 1290 Yen - Value for money: 4.2/5 - Return rate: 3.85/5 6. Komeda coffee (Shinjuku branch) - Address: 1-16-3 Kabukicho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo - Description: This coffee shop originated in Nagoya and features forest-style decoration. It provides one-person seating. Be sure to try their signature dessert Shrio Noir! 64-layer Danish pastry with ice cream, rich butter aroma and ice and fire duet, and the unimaginable combination of Wasabi and ketchup, making the egg salad more rich and multi-layered. Don't forget to go in for a cup of tea when you are tired of shopping~ - Recommended menu: Mini ice and fire 520 Yen, egg salad burger 490 Yen, Komeda coffee 580 Yen - Value for money: 4.5/5 - Return rate: 4/5

How can you miss the number one rated Hokushin Sushi when visiting Sendai? My daughter and I love sushi, and we order and eat it standing up. This is the first time we have experienced this! After we got off the plane, cleared customs, and collected our luggage, we immediately took the train to Sendai Station. After dropping off our luggage at the hotel, we almost ran here (because it was already past 9pm and we were afraid that the restaurant would close). Fortunately, we still had 30 minutes to enjoy it. Without saying a word, the family of three immediately ordered a lot of things, and the local Japanese guests next to us almost thought we were refugees.

Because of the shortage of staff, you have to queue for a while before you can get a seat. There is only one breakfast, but you can pair it with other ingredients, such as yam, egg, and seaweed. The roasted beef tongue is thin and fragrant, and the rice is added with barley to make you feel full. Delicious! Basically everyone recommends this beef tongue breakfast, so I got up early to queue up. Maybe because of the high CP value, I queued for almost half an hour! But it was still worth it.

I’ve heard about Sendai beef tongue for a long time On the first floor of Parco department store outside the inn I actually discovered the Lijiu store It really came true Good people have a happy life I was taken to the high-seat area expressionless master in front of me Dancing with the bloody cow tongue in his heart What are you thinking about? ? ? 1,650 yen set meal Very good value There are 6 slices of grilled beef tongue a big bowl of salad wheat rice Braised oxtail soup Slightly salty and spicy Nanman pickled tiger pepper It’s refreshing Japanese kimchi In the small bowl is silky yam puree Add some umami soy sauce Mix in wheat rice The Japanese just know how to do tricks! Caramelized outer layer The chewy beef tongue inside Full of fresh and sweet gravy It tastes like kidney flower Although the taste is perfect Still sprinkled some seven-spice powder Completed the sacred mission of trying something new ~

A very popular sushi restaurant! Selected in the 2017 Sendai Michelin! The first generation of the owner also won the modern masterpiece! When I Baidu this store, I saw that it seemed to be one of the stores opened by Yuko Oshima's father? I don't know if it is, but I highly recommend it! I went there at noon, and I didn't have to wait for a table. I ordered Nankoin~ The sushi guy made them one by one and put them in front of me~ I ate one by one, so I didn't take a group photo! It's delicious! The freshness and sweetness of the sea urchin is well preserved! I have never eaten such sweet sea urchin!

A very popular beef tongue restaurant that offers seafood, fish and other dishes in addition to beef tongue. There are many branches in Japan. The yellow sign opposite the green Dudu Oshu Sendai Hirose-dori is its symbol. The thick and soft beef tongue grilled with Binchotan charcoal is hot and juicy and sweet. There are also a wide variety of exquisite fish and shellfish. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

The fastest and most convenient store that is open all day long is the beef tongue sushi street in Sendai Station. Sendai Station is really considerate, and all the famous shops in Sendai have been moved here. On weekdays, it’s an unpopular time after 3 o’clock, but there was only one queue at the door of Zenjiro. Fortunately, we only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. The beef tongue used in the store is the tenderest 1/3 part from the throat, and there are many types of set meals to choose from. We recommend the extremely thick beef tongue set meal (Gyugen Gita Teishoku). The beef tongue is grilled over charcoal fire so that it is slightly burnt on the outside and has a slightly crispy texture, but it is super soft and tender when you bite into it. I think it tastes better than steak! Even if you eat it slowly, the beef tongue is still very chewable after it becomes cold after eating, and it will not moisten at all. How on earth is it grilled? It is so awesome!
