I tried their lunch set with ramen and katsudon. The pork cutlet was crispy, but the real star was the broth. It tasted so clean and light, you could tell they used fresh ingredients. Perfect for a healthy lunch.

Came for the Hegi Soba set with tare katsu near the station. The staff mentioned it was a good deal, and they were right. The portion was generous for the price. Finished with the soba-yu soup, which was a nice touch. Felt like a proper, filling meal without overspending.

A decent late-night spot near Niigata Station. The seafood is fresh and seasonal, though the portions are a bit small.

Ordering on the tablet was super easy. Food came out fast even though the place was packed. Got the spicy ramen, broth was rich and the noodles had a good chew. A bit salty for my taste, but hit the spot.

The pasta and pizza here are made with locally grown tomatoes, which really elevates the flavors. The Amatriciana and Margherita are particularly delicious and worth trying.

The Murakami beef hamburger steak was so good! Cooking it on the hot stone yourself is a fun thing to do with friends. The meat flavor was deep and rich, and the sauce went really well with it. Just a bit pricey for the portion, but the experience was cool.

Second time here. I picked my own seafood for the grill, which was fun. The salmon and roe rice in the copper pot was really good. But the portion for the price felt a bit small this time.

Small counter seats. Had to wait a bit during lunch rush. Turnover was quick though. Came back on a weekday after 1 PM, much better.

Came here on a whim. The manager was super cheerful, greeting everyone with a smile. It just felt nice and relaxed, not rushed at all. The vibe is definitely the main thing.

The kids' menu was a lifesaver, and they even gave them their own plates. Made things so much easier.

This Italian restaurant is a true gem in Niigata, boasting a Michelin star! The food is expertly crafted, and the wine pairings elevate the dining experience to another level.

The sea urchin cream pasta was fantastic, but the portion felt a bit small for the price. I was still a little hungry after finishing it.

Always get the squid ink pasta here. It’s my go-to. The portion is generous for the price, and it’s just consistently good.

Booked ahead. The sashimi was the standout, especially the fatty tuna. The crab was good too, but the sashimi is what I'd come back for. Fresh and clean flavors.
