I highly recommend this restaurant in Heshenghui, it's really delicious!!! The two-person set meal is full of classic dishes, enough for my partner and I to have two or three meals! No disappointments. For the single-serve dishes, I especially recommend the braised beef canned, which is stewed until soft and tasty, with a strong tomato flavor.

Next to it is the Sister Temple and Royal Park. We went there during peak hours in the evening and had to wait for a long time because there were a lot of people. One of the girls traveling with us was a doctoral student who studied abroad and her English was excellent. The service charge was not cheap. How do you describe the taste of the food? When I got off the car at the roadside, I suddenly felt flattered, because the waiter of the restaurant took the initiative to help me open the door and used a flashlight to illuminate the ground for us. The decoration style of the restaurant is outstanding, antique but permeated with a romantic atmosphere. There are only ceiling fans on the first floor, and air conditioning is available on the second floor along the winding stairs. The distance between the tables is very close, making people feel like sharing a table with strangers. There are no booths or boxes. As a restaurant with Southeast Asian flavors, it integrates Chinese and Cambodian cuisines, with a delicate and layered taste, which makes people enjoy the taste buds. However, the dishes are monotonous and lack innovation. I have eaten at several restaurants of the same type, and the menus are highly similar. I ordered a Mojito, which had no alcohol at all.

It is a relatively authentic Cambodian restaurant in Siem Reap. Most of the dishes are acceptable to Chinese people, no matter the presentation or taste. The restaurant is Cambodian in style, with wooden houses on stilts. The indoor lighting environment is closer to Western style!

It was worth the few days of visiting the old market. I finally had some pretty good food. Generally speaking, Southeast Asian food is pretty average, not particularly refined, and has a relatively simple taste. Today's dish can be said to be delicious.
