On a hot afternoon in Siem Reap, sitting in the lush courtyard for a meal, with an occasional breeze blowing, there is also a happy feeling of contentment in the heart. 
Drink a glass of freshly squeezed juice to eliminate the heat. The owner is very environmentally friendly and uses stainless steel straws. 
The appetizer is a &quot;salad&quot; made of banana flowers and tomatoes, which is actually more like a soup. The banana flowers have a fresh taste and quickly open up the taste buds. 

Quesadilla is actually made by putting cheese and minced meat in a frying pan, spreading it on a large tortilla, and then folding it in half. 
At first glance, I thought it would taste as greasy as pizza. I never expected that the combination of tomatoes, cheese, and avocado would not only not make you feel full, but also make you more appetizing the more you eat. 

The dessert after the meal felt like Chinese sago with snowballs. What was surprising was that the sweetness was just right, and the coconut meat was tender and juicy. I ate the whole plate before I knew it.
