Ranked among the top-rated Korean ethnic cuisines in Antu, it features three main specialties: Changbai Mountain ginseng chicken soup, perilla leaf pork belly rice, and original ecological cold-water fish. The flavors are authentic and mild, combining nourishing, home-style, and wild mountain flavors.
The owner is very considerate; she proactively asked about my spice tolerance when I took my order. I casually mentioned that I couldn't handle too much spice, and she immediately told the kitchen to use less chili. This practice of adjusting the menu according to customer preferences is a big plus.
When it gets cold here, we love to drink ginseng chicken soup. Their soup is indeed rich, and the chicken meat falls apart easily when you pick it up, but the best part is the sticky rice inside the chicken cavity. It soaks up the broth and is even more fragrant than the meat. Drinking it warms you from your stomach to your feet.
