Zigong Yanbang Sichuan cuisine is really delicious!
I booked this restaurant for a long time and had high expectations. After eating there, I thought it was really delicious.
In fact, I think the most important thing about Sichuan cuisine is whether the spiciness is authentic. Once the spiciness is not right, no matter how fresh the ingredients are, it will be useless.
Whether it is the green peppercorns of the bullfrog or the chili oil of the white meat, they are all authentic. At least I think they are quite good!

At 4:30 PM on July 8, 2024, we entered the Dekang Expressway from the Zhongrangkou toll station at the foot of the Yaksha Snow Mountain.
Rangkou is located at the three-way intersection between Ma&#39;erkang, Hongyuan, and Heishui. On June 30, 1935, to explore a route for attacking the ancient city of Songpan from the Zhuokeji direction, Chen Guang, commander of the Second Division of the First Red Army, and Zhu Rui, director of the Political Department of the First Red Army Corps, were ordered to lead four battalions and the division&#39;s direct troops, totaling over 800 men, on a reconnaissance advance north from Zhuokeji to the Rangkou area. The Rangkou area, connected to Longriba, formed the main part of the Hongyuan grassland. Back then, it was uninhabited, cold, and without any food supplies. At the time, the Red Army leaders had never been to the plateau and clearly hadn&#39;t anticipated the specific challenges of the grasslands. Combined with the defeat in the encounter with enemy cavalry at Longriba, the severe consequences of the Red Army&#39;s food shortage, and the increasingly clear picture of the grassland situation, the Central Committee swiftly and decisively adjusted its strategic deployment, halting the implementation of the &quot;Songpan Campaign Plan&quot; and instead directing the main northward force to proceed from Rangkou via Heishui and directly toward Maoergai.
