A very good Michelin restaurant, the cuisine is mainly Cantonese cuisine. The environment is consistent with the hotel decoration, giving people a sense of tranquility and art. The menu design is also very distinctive. The restaurant has a terrace, where you can see the art gallery and a corner of Jingshan Park. The location is good. The overall experience is good. The service attitude is enthusiastic but not excessive, and it is quite thoughtful. The taste of the dishes is not particularly amazing but not inferior. The plating is exquisite and has its own characteristics. It is worth recommending!
The taste is amazing and makes people feel very appetizing at first glance, but the portion is not large, it is a more delicate type. The advantage is that the dishes are also fresh, the taste is moderately salty, and the cooking time is just right. The dishes are served very quickly. The dining environment needs to be improved, but the price is very affordable, and I basically come here once in a while.
The ingenious semi-open dining space layout relies on clean lines and clever use of amber glass, exquisite wood and stone carvings to create a unique dining environment that reflects the elegant charm. Private rooms, lobby, elegant outdoor terrace area, and excellent views of the National Art Museum of China and Jingshan Mountain.
