






七月慢行食旅间I went to have a Maotai banquet. Do you know this restaurant near Beitaipingzhuang, north of Beijing? The military compound looked so majestic that I didn't dare drive inside. Once inside, I found the parking attendant was very nice and let me park in front of the restaurant.
Yuanwanglou·Wangxingge Chinese Restaurant offers new dishes, good wine and good food, and a Feitian Moutai liquor tasting banquet. The dishes are all exquisitely flavorful, and are prepared with meticulous attention to detail.
The eight dishes at the beginning were not listed in detail on the menu, but each one felt like a big dish, with large portions, rich flavors, and unique colors and shapes.
The main dishes are all good with Moutai. The abalone and black pork are chewy and meaty. Feitian Moutai is famous for its aroma and long aftertaste. It goes well with the mountain and seafood, and the aroma lasts for a long time in the mouth.
Crispy sea cucumber with lime and grapefruit juice, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with a refreshing fruity taste, goes perfectly with the light malt aroma of Feitian Moutai.
Who dares to say that crispy pigeon is not a good dish to go with wine? ! Taste slowly and sip carefully.

Last night at Yuanwanglou·Wangxingge Chinese Restaurant If you have good wine, you must also have good food. Eight exquisite cold dishes opened a wonderful banquet. Wangxingge crispy pigeon, full of gravy, ruddy color, every bite was a sense of happiness. Abalone black pork without a drop of water, three layers of black pork with five belly, cooked with delicious abalone, the flavors of each other blended together, thick oil and red sauce, salty and fresh. Because the restaurant recently launched a Maotai banquet. With Maotai, of course it must be paired with some Guizhou specialties, sour soup mutton noodles.
