My best friend and I ate until we were stuffed for under 100 yuan! The sesame paste is so plentiful that every noodle is coated in it! The sticky, gooey texture is so comforting! A little secret: add a spoonful of sugar and a touch of vinegar, and the flavor is elevated to another level! However, it gets incredibly crowded during peak hours, so I recommend going around 3 PM to avoid the queue. 🏮 I know the taste of home. When I want to treat my family to a proper Northeastern meal, I go to "Chunfahe". Their sweet and sour pork is my dad's favorite—crispy on the outside, yet the meat inside is incredibly tender.
