Hongtu Mansion of White Swan was successfully promoted to Michelin last year. The products are really great. Recommended dim sum: Yangcheng Fresh Shrimp Dumplings: The shrimp is fresh and delicious, and the skin is chewy and not mushy. It is a must-order dim sum; Swan Pastry: The shape is vivid and you can't bear to eat it. The filling is abalone + barbecued pork. Saqima with olive kernel: soft and glutinous without sticking to the teeth, full of egg flavor. After eating dim sum, you can also walk around the White Swan Hotel and admire the big koi in the pond.

Visiting Shamian Island in early winter and having afternoon tea at the Hongtu Hall of the White Swan Hotel at noon is a perfect match. The classic hometown water is already full of Christmas atmosphere, and the exquisite snacks are as great as always.
