[Small wontons with yellow croaker sticks] is really delicious. The soup base is fresh, the yellow croaker meat tastes good, and the wontons are also delicious. I drank two bowls directly. The other dishes are also delicious and suitable for various gatherings.

It is also an old restaurant in Shanghai. I like it very much because it insists on not following the trend of Internet celebrities. Most of the people here are real foodies (●'◡'●) It's a pity that we went there late that day (actually it wasn't that late, the business was really good haha), and several signature dishes were sold out. But it still caught the appetite of me and Teacher Xu~ The fried shrimp and Jingjing's home-cooked method taste a little different, but they are still delicious. The shrimp shell is very crispy and can basically be eaten hehe~ The mouth-watering chicken and Maoxuewang are delicious, the big pot is also cheap. There is no bamboo clams, but the clams are also very plump. In short, I have a good impression. Next time, I must go early and try the signature ₍˄·͈༝·͈˄*₎◞ ̑̑ Ps. Parking depends on luck. I heard that this is a restaurant that ranks very high for Shanghai local cuisine. I almost missed it when I went there. It doesn't look particularly eye-catching from the outside, and most of the restaurants are reserved in advance by families and friends for gatherings. There were two of us, and the seats were like facing a wall. Fortunately, the dishes tasted good, with rich oils and red sauces, very local, and suitable for ordering a whole table.

It can be said to be one of the most authentic Shanghainese restaurants. Both the storefront and the environment are very simple. There are no gimmicks, but the taste is real and the price is not too high. Many classic Shanghainese dishes such as hairy crab fried rice cake and fried shrimp can be tasted here. Whether it is black fish slices wrapped in ketchup, old fried dough sticks among the three delicacies, or rice cake soaked in crab fragrance, the rich oil and red sauce interpret the various styles of Shanghainese cuisine. You say that rich oil and red sauce are easy to make you fat and unhealthy, but this is exactly the soul of Shanghainese cuisine. Finally, you can have a bowl of red bean dumpling soup, which is eye-pleasing and sweet. The soft and glutinous rice cake slices fully absorb the freshness of crab meat and the juice of seasoning. It has the glutinousness of rice cake and the freshness of crab meat, and the taste is really satisfying. Although shredded radish pancake is a common snack, it requires a lot of effort to make. The crust of the pancake is crispy and fragrant, with distinct layers. When you bite it while it's hot, the shredded radish inside is refreshing and sweet, and the outer skin is covered with a layer of white sesame seeds, which is salty and fragrant and tempting.

Ruifuyuan is located on Maoming South Road, with convenient transportation, elegant environment and considerate service. It is a typical Jiangsu and Zhejiang restaurant, one of my favorite places to eat. It is delicious and tasty. Yellow croaker wontons, stir-fried bean sprouts, fried shrimp, snails stuffed with meat, potato salad, rice dumplings with fermented rice wine, grilled sea bass with pickles, Shanghai smoked fish, sweet and sour spare ribs, fried eel paste, wine and vanilla, braised pork, crab powder tofu, etc. are worth recommending.

Ruifuyuan has two stores. The one on Maoming South Road is the old store, formerly known as Lianyi Restaurant, and is a well-known old-fashioned Shanghainese cuisine. The yellow croaker wontons are almost a must-order for every table. The big casserole contains a yellow croaker, which is tender and cooked thoroughly without falling apart. The soup is thick and delicious, and the wonton filling is made from beaten wontons, which is very chewy. The fried shrimp is sweet and crispy, and authentic. The fried eel shreds are a representative work of Shanghainese cuisine with thick oil and red sauce. They are tender, smooth and elastic, and the sauce is sweet, especially good with rice. The bean sprouts are large, but they are very tender, with a fresh taste, shiny but not greasy. Worth recommending.
