金牌杜家鸡(柞水店)

The owner was so welcoming! They greeted us and offered us seats as soon as we walked in, even asking if we wanted to try different hot pot bases – a lifesaver for someone like me who has trouble making decisions, haha. We ended up choosing the spicy hot pot, and it was absolutely delicious! The price was also reasonable, and they even gave us a complimentary side of crispy pork – what a steal! Did they give us that too if you went?

This Du Family Chicken Hot Pot is absolutely amazing! It's right by the roadside and easy to find; you can smell the aroma as soon as you get close. But it's not overly salty at all, perfect for someone like me who doesn't like salty food. There are so many side dishes to choose from; I added potatoes and lotus root slices, which soaked up the broth and were so delicious! I'll definitely come back to try other side dishes next time, haha! 😋

Their hot pot broth is amazing for cooking! We ordered the chicken and pork rib combo, and the portions were generous. After we finished, we could even add some vegetables and potatoes 🥬. Don't you guys love eating like this too? Haha
