This should be the most satisfying afternoon tea I have ever had. The table was covered with all kinds of Chinese dim sum, which made me feel happy just by looking at them. The crispy durian pastry is my favorite. I am a very strange person. I don’t like durian, but I love durian pastry. The cute little duck is mango sago flavored, and there are also little rabbits with coconut milk flavor. You can really eat rabbits. Rabbits are so cute and so milky. If you ask me what I recommend most, I would recommend Xia Gong. I placed a second order for each one, they are all so delicious.

I met up with some friends for a dim sum buffet at Summer Palace this weekend. We ate for over two hours and everyone loved it. Not only were the dim sum delicious, but the desserts were even better than those in dessert shops. We ordered the mango pudding multiple times, and it was generously portioned. It was sweet and sour, and delicious. The coconut soufflé was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It's a must-order for the first round, as it takes a while to make, but it's truly delicious and worth the wait. The shrimp dumplings were generously crammed with large shrimp. They were excellent whether steamed or fried. The steamed chicken feet were soft and flavorful, and the tripe was particularly rich and filling. The salty bone porridge was also delicious.
