每道料理都很美味，口感也很惊艳，从开胃菜一吃就知道餐厅的水准。

这次享用的是春季套餐，牛肉塔塔让人惊艳。烟熏鳟鱼将鱼用不同的烹饪方式调理，处理的非常好。龙眼木烤牛肋牛排，不同于一般的牛排，软嫩不过烂，摆盘非常的符合主题。

This time we enjoyed the spring set menu, and the beef tartare was amazing. The smoked trout was prepared using a different cooking method, and it was handled exceptionally well. The longan wood-grilled beef rib steak was unlike any other steak; it was tender but not mushy, and the presentation perfectly matched the theme.

I had dinner here twice. The molecular gastronomy was amazing; every dish was novel and delicious. Pairing it with the recommended wines made for an even better experience. It was a very satisfying meal. I&#39;d definitely give it a thumbs up and recommend you come back to try it!
