This restaurant is incredibly beautiful, with the dishes presented like works of art. Hoshinoya's private kitchen brand specializes in creative Singaporean cuisine, and overall, it's a very pleasant dining experience.

The atmosphere is relaxed, the music is decent, and I really like the art and taste presented in each dish.

While JL Studio's cuisine is French, its true spirit lies in reimagining Southeast Asian flavors with French concepts. The overall culinary style isn't simply refined or luxurious, but rather reinterprets the familiar sour, spicy, and fragrant flavors of Southeast Asia, transforming them into a layered, culinary adventure. The menu is thoughtfully designed, and each dish is not only delicious but also, more importantly, unexpectedly surprising.

It's beautiful, delicious, and the ingredients are very fresh. I still remember it after almost a year. The desserts are also very good and thoughtful. I think the menu should be changed recently, so I should go again. It deserves to be a two-Michelin-star restaurant.
