As soon as I opened the door, I was drawn to the window seat, which offered a perfect view of the old locust tree on the street corner. The waiter softly introduced the day&#39;s seasonal dishes, and when I took my order, he specifically reminded me that the stir-fried asparagus should be cooked lightly and crisply. While waiting for my food, I watched the leaves drift down outside the window, and my tea was kept warm. I felt myself slowing down.

This Huaiyang cuisine restaurant truly has something special; their traditional dishes are exceptionally well-prepared. The Wensi Tofu Soup is particularly noteworthy&mdash;the knife skills are impeccable, the tofu strands are so thin they could be threaded through a needle, and the broth is clear yet subtly flavorful. I recommend drinking the soup while it&#39;s hot, as the taste diminishes when it cools down. Parking is available on the B2 level of the mall, right next to the elevator, making it very convenient for drivers.

The environment is very elegant and the service is in place! The food is delicious!
