This small noodle shop was specially recommended by a friend. It is not far from Zhongshan Road. You can find it by just walking around~
The front door is really small and ordinary. It is an old shop at first glance. It has always been popular because of its taste instead of appearance~
It is basically tourists who come to check in. Of course, there are also local residents who come to eat. A bowl of ordinary shacha noodles is 18 yuan. You can add more money to add ingredients~
The taste depends on personal taste. I like spicy food. This kind of noodles is too light for me personally, but the ingredients are quite sufficient~ The meat dumplings are not greasy, and it tastes delicious~
The environment is just average. If you just want to eat this bite and don’t care about the environment, you can come to eat~

"Classic Shacha Noodles" has a very unique taste, which may not be eaten by northerners. It is a specialty snack in Xiamen, very Southeast Asian in nature. I don't know if it is a modified method in Nanyang. Shacha noodles are slightly salty, slightly fresh and slightly sweet, which is the complex taste of this noodle. It should be a soup made with broth and shacha sauce. The main ingredients should be intestines and seafood, which constitute the characteristics of shacha noodles. The shacha noodles here are divided into ordinary and classic. The ordinary ones are arhat meat, dried tofu, and fish balls. The classic one is: pig intestines are added to the ordinary one, so you must eat the classic one. If you want other side dishes, you can add money separately. "Roasted Pork Zongzi" tastes good, but the soup is sweet and sour, and the zongzi is meat [Mint] Environment: Very small, a few tables at the door [Service bell] Service: After ordering the dishes, wait for yourself to get them
I came across this on the internet. It seems like it was my first time eating Shacha noodles. It was average, not very popular. The one with pig intestines was 26 yuan per portion, with two meatballs, a few pieces of meat, and a few pieces of dried tofu. It's a very small shop, not far from Zhongshan Road.
This satay noodle shop is a small shop hidden in a small alley. When I came to Xiamen for a meeting and walked around Zhongshan Road, I remembered that I had seen a recommendation for this shop on Ctrip before. It is said to be a satay noodle shop that is very popular among locals. So I came to take a look. It is indeed a small shop. You have to go around two small roads from Zhongshan Road to get there. Fortunately, the sign is still eye-catching. However, the store is relatively small, so you have to be mentally prepared. In addition, there are not many seats, but you can sit in the alley next to it, which is quite interesting. There are not many varieties in the store. The satay noodles are divided into ordinary and added versions. However, considering that the soup is mostly pig offal, I still ate the ordinary version. The ingredients inside are still very sufficient, and it feels quite substantial to eat a portion. The taste varies from person to person. I personally think it is average, maybe not particularly to my taste.
Shacha noodles are a specialty snack in Xiamen. There are many well-known old shops in the old city of Xiamen. Sitting on the small tables and chairs at the door, a bowl of steaming shacha noodles, you can feel the local flavor. Yuehua Shacha Noodles is a shop with a long history in Xiamen, but the price is a little more expensive than the shop near home. Generally speaking, you can choose 2-3 ingredients by yourself, but you can also choose the ordinary and classic ones in the store, which can save a lot of trouble~ Yuehua’s store is not big, and many customers will choose to sit outdoors where it is cooler. Even if it is a simple small table and chair, it has the original feeling. The small dining table is full of the ingredients needed for shacha noodles. The boiling shacha soup base makes the soup taste more fragrant while being heated continuously. The ingredients are also put on the spot. Normally, everyone can match the side dishes according to their personal preferences. But you can also choose the ordinary and classic ones according to the store’s recommendations. For example, the regular version is noodles + 3 side dishes, while the classic version is noodles + 4 side dishes (in addition to arhat meat, dried tofu, and fish balls, there are also pig intestines). The prices of the two are 15 yuan and 21 yuan respectively. The biggest feature of Shacha noodles is its soup base. Take a small spoon to taste its flavor!
Well~ I eat shacha noodles every day in Xiamen. This Yuehua shacha noodles really impressed me the most and I personally think it is the best. I ordered a bowl of classic shacha noodles and a roasted pork zongzi, both of which were delicious. The shacha noodles are indeed authentic, but the roasted pork zongzi is a bit ordinary. The store is so small. I followed the navigation to the door and there was just a seat. I was really lucky. Several aunties were busy. The business is really good. It really lives up to its reputation. I will patronize it next time~ Not bad, not bad~
This time-honored Xiamen restaurant, located on Zhenbang Road, has no branches. The shacha noodles are available in two varieties: regular and classic. The shacha sauce is rich and flavorful, and comes with a variety of toppings, including roe deer meat, dried tofu, and fish balls. The shop is small and simple, with only a few small tables at the entrance, so we had to wait in line for a table when we arrived. It's said to be one of the three best shacha noodles restaurants in Xiamen! So, often, the best restaurants are these seemingly unassuming little ones.
During my trip to Xiamen, I found this place on my travel guide. It was a little hard to find. I ordered the classic dish and watched the lady skillfully pick up the ingredients, cut them, and quickly assembled a bowl. Since there were no seats inside, we sat on small benches outside. I think the best of all the ingredients was the Luo Han pork. The others were just average. The soup had a spicy, umami flavor, which was acceptable to me, but some of our group had some issues. Anyway, we tried it anyway.
