It's a pretty good restaurant that perfectly blends traditional Minnan flavors with high-end, refined cuisine. I especially loved the lychee wood honey-glazed char siu and roasted pork belly. The char siu was rich in honey aroma and the meat was tender. The waiters were knowledgeable about the ingredients and how to eat each dish, and they changed plates and refilled tea promptly and appropriately without being overly intrusive. Their approach was just right.
