We popped in after ages and honestly forgot how good the service is here. Evidence looked after us and had us laughing the whole time. Quick, friendly, no fuss. Made me wonder why we left it so long between visits. Definitely keen to come back sooner this time.

The chicken schnitzel salad is the reason I keep coming back. Crispy, juicy, and the dressing cuts through it just right. Menu's got some other interesting stuff too, but honestly I order the same thing every time. Portion's decent for the price. Solid spot.

The atmosphere at Flames is truly breathtaking, especially with the panoramic city views. The attention to detail in both the service and the food makes it a top-tier dining destination.

The restaurant offers a great menu with tasty dishes. The service was top-notch, especially from our waiter Sne, who was very friendly and attentive.

Cindy handled everything quickly and with a smile. No waiting around, which I appreciate. Solid service for a busy spot.

Food was decent - we had the grilled prawns and they were properly cooked. But honestly the service was all over the place. Took forever to get someone's attention for our order, and the music was cranked up way too loud for a Tuesday night. Could barely hear my friend across the table. The prawns saved it though.

I had an incredible experience at Level 4, where the food was not only delicious but also expertly plated. The rack of lamb and fish were standout dishes that I can't wait to try again.

Restaurant in 54 on Bath, Johannesburg Rosebank

We stopped by for my grandson's 2nd birthday last week. Kids loved the airplane play structure, that's a nice addition. Food was decent, nothing crazy but fine for a family spot. Place gets busy on weekends though, took a while to get our order in. Been coming here for years, it's reliable.

Decent Greek spot. Souvlaki and calamari were solid, dips good too. Meze portions run small though, baklava was almost a joke. Service a bit hit or miss but the room was comfortable.

I had a fantastic meal at Marble Johannesburg! The food was well-prepared and the flavors were delightful. It's definitely a place to enjoy a great dining experience.

Menu looked decent, ended up going with the peri-peri chicken and it didn't disappoint. Service was friendly enough, no complaints. Solid spot if you're in the area and don't want to fuss over where to eat.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Waiter was on it, food hit the spot. Even the filter coffee was decent. Solid spot if you're in the area. Nothing fancy but does the job.

Nomi was great with the kids, really sweet. Food came out fresh and quick. Solid spot for a fast bite, we'll be back.

Quick lunch stop, chicken wings were solid. Service was fast, got in and out without wasting time. Good enough for a casual bite.

The crumbed mushrooms were the standout. Espetada was decent, kingklip cooked well. Staff left us alone mostly, which I appreciated.

Stumbled on this place while walking through the garden area—didn’t expect much but the food was actually solid. Prices are fair for what you get. The manager came by to check if everything was okay, which felt nice. Only thing is it’s a bit tucked away, easy to miss if you’re not looking for it.

The vegetarian platter is an absolute dream to eat, and the restaurant's location is even featured in the Lonely Planet, which just adds to its appeal.

Came here with a couple of friends and honestly the staff were the highlight. Super friendly, always checking in but not in an annoying way. Only thing is we felt a bit rushed even though it wasn’t packed. Would’ve loved to sit around longer chatting. Food was decent but nothing crazy. Good spot if you’re in the area though 😊

The pizza here is still solid, especially the bisteccato one. Been coming for years and it hasn't dropped off. Place gets proper busy though, so don't expect a quiet meal. The buzz is part of it I guess, but sometimes you just want to hear the person across from you without leaning in. Service did their best given how full it was.

The kids’ club staff really know what they’re doing. Friendly, kept my two busy for a solid hour, no fuss. That alone made the meal worth it. Food was decent, but honestly the childminders were the highlight. If you’ve got little ones, this place works.

Pizza base is thicker than your usual Neapolitan but still light. Got the margherita and it held up well. You can see why they've picked up awards over the years. Solid lunch stop, no complaints. Would grab a quick bite here again if I'm in the area.

The ribs were proper good, and the steak was cooked just right. But service was a bit all over the place—we waited ages for mains and had to chase someone down. Worth it for the food, just don't be in a hurry.

Great spot for a quick bite. Pizza was solid and came out fast. Bakery section looked good too. Maybe a bit busy at lunch but that's fine.

The upstairs seating has a nice view, pretty cozy for a quiet evening. Service was friendly enough, place felt clean. I ordered the steak though and it came out a bit dry, not as juicy as I'd hoped. Sides were fresh at least, salad had good crunch. Fine spot if you're in the area, just maybe skip the steak and try something else.

The ceiling design is pretty striking—makes the place feel more exclusive than it actually is. Food looked great and tasted decent too. Service was fine, no complaints there. They've got outdoor seating which is nice, though it was a bit busy when we went. Solid spot overall for a casual meal.

The fish cakes here are homemade and you can really taste the parsley in them. Chips came out as a massive portion, properly seasoned too. Honestly such a solid budget dinner if you're nearby. Just wish the table wasn't so sticky when we sat down, but the food made up for it.

We're here every week and it never disappoints. Food's always solid, staff remembers us now. That consistency is why we keep coming back.

The lighting in there did something to my mood, honestly. Soft and warm, made everything feel slower. We had the grilled fish and it was fresh, flaky, came with this tangy sauce I kept going back to. Ingrid checked in just enough, not hovering. Only thing, the tables are a bit close together. Heard the next couple’s whole conversation. Still, I left feeling properly relaxed. 🌿

The design of the bar is impressive, creating a cozy yet vibrant environment. I particularly enjoyed the jukebox in the smoking area, which added a personal touch to the experience.

The lighting in there is something else—soft and warm, makes you want to stay longer. Pizza was solid, crust had that nice chew. Pasta was good too, nothing fancy but comforting. Place had a relaxed hum to it, not too loud. Just a dependable little spot for a weeknight bite. Maybe slightly pricey for what it is, but the atmosphere kinda makes up for it.
