Nagaya

We had Christmas dinner there with colleagues. I'm a fan of Japanese cuisine so I tried several restaurants before coming to Nagoya. It was a great and memorable experience: every dish was beautifully presented, the flavors were delicate, just right, but not too complicated. It was a typical and extreme Japanese experience. Each dish had its own character and flavor, allowing you to discover new aromas. It was a great experience and journey for the senses. From this point of view, the price is not important at all.

This restaurant is by far the best Japanese restaurant I have ever been to. The atmosphere is a bit cold, but the food is super delicious. Also, the professionalism of the staff deserves 5 stars.

Amazing food in extraordinary presentation.The selection of Japanese Omakase was simply amazing. The service did a fantastic job and the vine recommendations made the menu perfect.

Most memorable experience! Japanese food like we’d never tasted before. So creative and well balanced. Their Michelin star is definitely well deserved.
