I came here specifically to eat Chinese food. There are many varieties, including Sichuan's Mapo Tofu and Shanxi's spicy oil noodles. They all taste good, but there are more spicy dishes and the stir-fried vegetarian dishes are just average.

The Chinese food here is not only exquisite but also very delicious. The tour guide who brought us here strongly recommended this restaurant to us. The tour guide recommended us to order twice-cooked pork, dandan noodles, and squirrel fish. They are very authentic and make us feel like we are back home. However, the taste is better than home-cooked food. Each dish is made very carefully and attentively. I am drooling a little when I think about it now. It is recommended that friends who travel to Mumbai should not miss it.

Although it is a Chinese restaurant, as a coastal area, their Japanese cuisine is also very fresh and delicious. There are all kinds of sashimi and sushi here. I ordered tuna and salmon sashimi, which tasted tender and delicious. As for Chinese food, it was also very good. It is interesting and worth mentioning that the steamed buns here reminded me of the legendary golden ratio steamed buns in the Chinese Cooking Master Boy when I was a child. It is interesting and tastes "delicious".

I have always heard that this restaurant is the highest rated Chinese restaurant in Mumbai, so I must try it. The restaurant is inside the 5-star hotel ITC Maratha, and the decoration gives people a very comfortable and clean feeling. I saw that there are noodles and snacks here, and the shape is very cute. The soup dumplings were served with a spoon. After they came up, I tasted them and they tasted very good. The skin was very thin and the saltiness of the dipping sauce was just right.
