I went to Tenfeng, a very old-fashioned soy sauce ramen restaurant. Their slogan is: &quot;Tougher! Oilier! Saltier!!&quot;
I ordered the signature 135 ramen which is &quot;harder, oilier and saltier&quot;, and the めんばり which is &quot;harder, oilier and saltier&quot; than &quot;harder, oilier and saltier&quot;. It&#39;s true...very hard, oily and salty.
The noodles looked unattractive, not even an egg. The soup is a little clear, with oily flowers floating on it. The noodles are generally the same as those sold in the market.
