This is my favorite noodle shop in eastern Japan, no doubt about it! !
Find a place to have a simple meal in the town at night. I came here with the mentality of just eating. Unexpectedly, I came across the most delicious noodle restaurant on this trip to eastern Japan.
I have been coming to Chigasaki for many years. The store is simple and quaint, with only a few tables besides a circle of bar seats. The menu looked like it had been used for a long time.
Ordered a tsukemen and a ramen, and two glasses of local orange soda. There was a lot of noodles, and the dipping noodles filled up a whole plate. The noodles are smooth, chewy and bouncy. The tsukemen soup was rich, but not as flavorful as the ramen. However, it was still very delicious and I almost finished it all.
Fried dumplings are the type that look plain but win with their taste.
Orange sour is slightly sour and refreshing, and one sip will make you feel refreshed.
In addition, there is a very handsome and fresh young man in the store. I don&rsquo;t know if he is a clerk or the boss&rsquo;s child.
