Koan

I couldn't waste a stay in Fujisawa, so I booked Koan, which has been a Michelin three-star hotel in 2016 and 2014. There is only one set meal for lunch, and there are two desserts with a thick matcha tea in the middle. The price is very affordable.

The Michelin-starred restaurant deserves its name, so make a reservation in advance. All private room fees, service charges, and differences in lunch and dinner will be informed in advance. After arriving at the restaurant that day, the hospitality was of a very high standard. I ordered the kaiseki set meal, each dish was carefully ordered, and the art was hard to swallow.

Lunch, good value for money, but lacks a bit of "wow", such as the kamameshi, maybe because the set meal I chose is low-priced. In addition, there is no exquisite menu of the day.

The food is pretty good, you can eat your fill all day and do nothing.
