It is strongly recommended that you add freshly pressed garlic after drinking the hot soup. The restaurant service was excellent, we were provided with English and Chinese menus, most of the staff spoke decent English, we ordered a 13,000 yen set meal with a choice of tenderloin and fillet beef, they let us share between the 6 of us.
