翱翔的大鲨鱼This is a ramen shop that attracts customers with its strong flavors. It is really unforgettable.
As soon as you enter the store, you can smell the strong smell of pork. The pork bone soup base is really cloudy and rich. Even so, I couldn't help but drink it one mouthful after another.
It is strongly recommended that you add freshly pressed garlic after drinking the hot soup. There is a garlic press on the table for everyone to use, and the whole pork bone soup seems to be elevated to another level.

The taste and service are both great [Great] The Japanese waiter is also very gentlemanly, but his double eyelids are too fake [Snicker] This should be a restaurant that many diners dream of day and night ~ I, a fake foodie, also wasted a lot!
The restaurant service was excellent, we were provided with English and Chinese menus, most of the staff spoke decent English, we ordered a 13,000 yen set meal with a choice of tenderloin and fillet beef, they let us share between the 6 of us. They even divided it up for us, both chefs were efficient and detail oriented, the dishes were excellent including seafood, and I loved the vegetable salad. A great start to our trip to Fukuoka
The noodles are smooth but springy. The soup is rich, but a little salty. The side dishes are also exquisite. There were a lot of people when I went there but there was no queue, so it was generally good. The noodles are smooth but springy. The soup is rich, but a little salty. You sit on the machine, wait for the receipt to be handed to the waiter and then wait to eat the noodles. The noodles come out quite quickly and the bamboo shoots in it are very delicious, as if they were mixed with soy sauce. There is also a lot of noodles.
