This restaurant is a very typical Japanese izakaya, specializing in grilled skewers and various side dishes. The store is relatively small and there are not many seats. If you want to eat, it is recommended to avoid Fridays and make reservations in advance. 1⃣️ Japanese fried chicken 
It is very ordinary. It feels like you can eat the same taste everywhere. The overall fried chicken is very crispy. It is not served with mayonnaise, so it is a bad review. 2⃣️ Japanese pan-fried dumplings 
The pan-fried dumplings are filled with pork, cabbage and chives. The dumplings are not frozen dumplings bought outside. They are handmade. The skin is very thin and the bottom is also very crispy. The meat filling is very fragrant. In short, it is very delicious, but it is similar to the Japanese pan-fried dumplings made by my boyfriend. 3⃣️ Grilled skewers 
We ordered quail eggs, chicken wings, mushrooms, grilled chicken skewers, and beef tongue in total. The price is very affordable. There are 8 skewers. The taste of the grilled skewers cannot be chosen. The quail eggs are very similar to tiger skin eggs. The appearance is slightly browned and crispy. It is very delicious with teriyaki sauce. The mushrooms are also teriyaki sauce flavored. Because shiitake mushrooms absorb juice very well, the taste of shiitake mushroom skewers is sweet.
The beef tongue is different from what I imagined. Although it is thickly cut, it is not that thick. The outside is crispy and the inside is very soft and tender. But I think the beef tongue skewers of Asakusa are more delicious.
The chicken wings are salty and are particularly sweet with lemon. However, there is not much meat left after grilling, so it is not very satisfying to eat.
