Taiga Noodles

Menya Taiga, a ramen shop that I want to add to my collection. I waited in line for more than half an hour. The waiter gave me a menu while I was waiting, so I could take a look at what to eat. This noodle shop is very busy. The line is very long. It took about half an hour to get a seat. The shop is relatively small, a long strip with about 10 seats. There are not many varieties of noodles, only a few to choose from. The menu is only in Japanese and English. I chose different varieties and they were all delicious.

This is a small ramen restaurant with a very Hokkaido style. The ramen here has a very rich soup base, and the noodles are slightly yellowish and have a good texture. I think it tastes good.
