1⃣️Wasabien Kadoya
The specialty of Kawazu is wasabi (the main substance of mustard). This shop is already a century-old shop and is very famous in the local area. The wasabi is cultivated with the clear water flowing down from Mount Amagi. It was also featured in the ninth season of &quot;The Solitary Gourmet&quot;. As soon as you enter the door, you can see photos of Uncle Wu Lang and signatures of various celebrities.
 
We ordered their signature wasabi rice (生わさび付　わさび丼), which was only 650 yen, which is quite a good price. The specialty of this restaurant is that you need to grind the mustard yourself. First, pull out all the wasabi leaves, then grind the whole wasabi from beginning to end with a small grating board, finally put it on the rice covered with bonito flakes, then pour soy sauce on it and you can start eating. The four kinds of pickles that came with the dish were all made from wasabi. As a mustard lover, I was choked to tears. But I have to say, it&rsquo;s delicious! !
 
They also sell mustard-flavored ice cream. However, the wasabi flavor of Kadoya&rsquo;s wasabi ice cream is not very strong, it has more of a bean flavor, so it is completely edible even for those who don&rsquo;t like wasabi!

2⃣️Ichifujimaru
A very famous sushi restaurant in Numazu Port. This restaurant has beautiful decoration, fresh ingredients, and a wide variety of dishes. It is highly recommended.
 
I highly recommend the following delicacies:
The Pirate Ship&#39;s Jewel Box, filled with two tablespoons of caviar, so delicious that you&#39;ll want to lick the spoon.
The Scallop Buttery, with rich butter and two large pieces of scallop meat, immediately made me give a thumbs up to the boss.
A whole golden fried hairtail fish, topped with lemon and dipped in a special mayonnaise, is so delicious.
Shirako sushi. I have only eaten shirako tempura before. I finally had the chance to eat sushi. It was really delicious.

3⃣️Original Chokoya
A very famous (need to queue) and very healthy yam restaurant in Shizuoka City. The business was founded in 1596, but it was just a teahouse at that time. Later, after experiencing major historical events, Dingziwu also underwent reforms, but the store&#39;s address has not changed in the past few hundred years. There are also some small vendors selling handicrafts in front of the shop.
 
The entire store is an old house from the Edo period, covering a large area and very historical. Eating there feels like being a guest at the residence of a powerful local general.
 
The signature dish of this shop is grated yam (とろろ汁), and the rice mixed with grated yam is really amazing! I ordered a set meal from the namesake restaurant. In addition to yam paste, there are also fried yam paste balls, fried baby yams, sashimi, yam-flavored ice cream and other dishes.
 
My friend ordered a Momofuku meal, which allows him to experience grinding his own yam paste. The store owner was very considerate and even gave us gloves so that our hands wouldn&rsquo;t itch after grinding the yam.
 
The baby yam (むかごの唐扬げ) was delicious, so we ordered another portion.
