Tofukudo

The first time I ate their noodles, I was amazed.
Unlike the grayish-green buckwheat in fast food, it has a unique chewiness and fragrance. Ordinary noodle shops use メンマ, which is dried bamboo shoots, but the bamboo shoots in this restaurant are very crisp and refreshing, without the taste of dried bamboo shoots that I am not used to. The chicken soup with the refreshing fresh bamboo shoots, plus a little bit of seaweed fried with sesame oil, all add a lot of points to a bowl of ordinary salty noodles. As always, the soft-boiled whole egg is paired with smooth and tender meat slices
