Tengaiten

We had ramen for dinner. We found Tengaiten, which ranks fourth among Kumamoto cuisines. The storefront is quite small, and the seats are facing the kitchen. We ordered a bowl of Shin Ramen (choose the spiciness) and a bowl of Chashu Noodles. The noodles and soup were very good. Although the spiciness here is several degrees lower than our national spiciness. However, the website says it opens at 7 o'clock, but it actually opens at 6 o'clock. Go early to avoid queuing. ​

The first meal in Kyushu. This restaurant is very small, not located on the commercial street, and only open at night. However, there was a long line at the door at 6:30 in the evening, and many of them were locals. I felt that I came to the right place. The turnover of ramen is very fast. The signature ramen soup is rich and the noodles are very chewy. Sitting at the bar and watching the guy cut the barbecued pork is super exciting. The meat is thick and tasty. Their black garlic ramen is covered with a layer of processed garlic, which tastes very fragrant. Sure enough, I did not choose this restaurant wrong!

I have to say that the noodles in this noodle shop are really delicious. The dining atmosphere of the noodle shop is very nice and the taste of the food is also very good. The staff of the noodle shop are very friendly, helpful and attentive. If I come to Kumamoto next time, I will come to this noodle shop again.

The location is excellent, the service attitude is also very good, the dishes are rich and varied, the dining environment is good, comfortable, reassuring and satisfactory, I like the feeling here very much, and I will come again if I have the opportunity in the future
