If you live in Nishikori area, it is worth trying. The restaurant is located in the basement 2 of an office building, it can accommodate 35-40 people, and when we arrived at 7:30 on a Saturday night, there was a 15 minute wait. Although the service was great and the miso sauce was delicious, the chicken and pork were a bit overcooked and tough. The oysters were very good and the raw egg we cooked under the noodles was also great.

Nagoya Yamamotoya Main Store Miso Udon Quick Homemade Version I recommend you choose Nagoya's Hatcho Miso. You can choose the Sanukita noodles in the video. If it is a semi-finished instant udon, just reduce the cooking time. I also ordered a grilled chicken skewer. It's expensive but delicious! All the chicken dishes in Nagoya are delicious.
Had to try the miso udon with chochin as it is a well known Nagoya specialty. There is an English menu which made ordering easy. Service was very fast
