Japanese Soba Dining Buten Main Store

I particularly like the ramen and barbecue here, especially the ramen barbecue, which is not thin but very thick, so I like it very much. Although the prices here are a bit expensive, the taste is really good.

There is an izakaya called Muten near the 3A shopping center in Okinawa. There was a queue at the door, so I went in. There are mostly locals here. After entering, they have barbecue on site, and there is no smoking ban, so the air is very bad. I ordered sushi platter, Okinawa tofu, bitter melon scrambled eggs, and oolong tea. The Okinawa tofu here is quite special, it feels like a tofu pudding, more tender than ordinary tofu, and the shape is very beautiful.

Just opposite our hotel and 3A department store, there is an izakaya. We had soba cold noodles, skewers, sushi, and tempura. They tasted very good and are worth a try! It seems that all the noodles here are soba noodles. If you want to eat ramen, you should find another one.

It's near the hotel. There seemed to be a queue in front of the door, so I followed! After entering, the air was not good. They don't ban smoking, and there was a barbecue smell. But there were many locals and tourists taking pictures. I ordered sushi, Okinawa tofu, bitter melon scrambled eggs, and oolong tea. The food was okay, but not amazing. The bill was 2,600 yen. Later, I found a more cost-effective store and never looked back.

Muten Honten is one of the few izakayas in Okinawa where you can enjoy authentic Japanese soba and udon noodles. The signature soba noodles here are made with a unique method of making Sanri soba noodles. It uses buckwheat flour from Hokkaido, emphasizing the delicious taste of the buckwheat itself. The Ryukyu soba noodles with slow-cooked pork belly and soy sauce egg are a unique dish of this restaurant. It is definitely a delicacy worth praising.
