We arrived 30 minutes before closing and there was still a line. What I like about this restaurant is the peace in the crowd. The owner respects everyone and the people waiting in line don&#39;t put pressure on the people eating. The people eating don&#39;t wait too long after they finish. The broth is very rich and the stew is cooked just right and delicious. The soba noodles are the best. They are chewy but not hard. Even the ice desserts are good, the crushed ice is exquisite and the red beans on top are cooked just right and not mushy.

They serve authentic Okinawa soba here. We can choose whole grain soba or normal soba. The menu is small. Just pork rib soba, pork belly soba, soba choy sum and soup rice. I had the pork rib soba and it was delicious! This place is very close to Shuri castle but on a small hill.

After exiting the monorail terminal Shuri Station, it is about a 10-minute walk to the restaurant. I ordered one of the popular dishes in the restaurant, the Okinawa noodles set meal (650 yen), which includes a bowl of Okinawa noodles, a bowl of rice, a few pieces of fried pork cutlets, and a plate of side dishes. The portion is satisfying and the price is affordable. It is a popular local restaurant.
