A very popular shop with good business. There is an old man who can speak a few simple Chinese words in the shop. Very funny! There is also a Chinese menu! Ordering and communication are completely barrier-free. It is not easy to eat skewers until you cry!

It&#39;s in the Ritz-Carlton hotel. The hotel is very big and you can find it by asking the waiter. They serve standard French food. The steak is great, made with local beef, and the egg pudding is super delicious.

As a vegetable lover, I was blown away by the sheer variety of vegetable dishes here. Every dish was a delightful surprise. The menu was truly creative, with features like the foie gras sandwich, which I&#39;ve never seen anywhere else. The entire meal was a feast for the eyes and the palate; the presentation was playful, and the generous amount of dry ice added to the dramatic, magical effect. This truly is a special place, and it&#39;s worth every bit of the hype.

Kahara will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2021.
Chef Yoshifumi Mori opened his own shop at the age of 26 and won numerous awards. Not only is he a master in cooking, but he is also quite accomplished in the production of lacquerware. He also held a solo exhibition of lacquerware in New York more than a decade ago. During the meal, lacquerware was on stage many times, and many works were made by Chef Mori.
Chef Farran Adrian of the world&#39;s top restaurant El Bulli commented, &quot;Just being able to taste Chef Mori&#39;s delicious meal can be a reason to come to Osaka.&quot; Then he arranged for 10 employees of the store to come to Osaka from Spain and spend two days to fully experience Chef Mori&#39;s magical craftsmanship. I heard that there are also diners (tu) (hao) who roared in from overseas in their own helicopters. 🌚

✦Eat the curry puffs first and then drink the homemade coffee oil, which just balances the spicy taste of the curry left in the mouth.
✦Light snow salt + several unique ingredients, YC is a standard ingredient that will be there every time.
✦ French snails are served with mature black garlic / abalone with Italian cheese / shrimp with Chinese-style chili sauce.

This restaurant uses rare Kosaka chicken. Raised for over 130 days, the meat is incredibly tender and juicy. The other skewers are delicious, and the added toppings are a nice touch. The chicken neck is served with grated daikon radish and yuzu vinegar, and the daikon radish is generously garnished. With every bite, the chicken and daikon radish juices flow freely into your mouth. Absolutely delicious!

I went to a stylish restaurant on the 33rd floor because I was curious about omelette rice.
I was satisfied with the omelette rice that I had never had before, and the surprisingly fluffy pastry.

Xiangtao is a Chinese restaurant that is very popular among Chinese tourists near the famous tourist attraction Shinsaibashi in Osaka. It specializes in my favorite local cuisine, and their braised spare ribs is a signature dish that must be ordered.
