I ordered the signature tuna sashimi and sashimi donburi. I was impressed at the first bite. The fresh tuna was so soft and tender that it melted in my mouth. It had no fishy smell at all. It was so delicious that I doubted my life. It completely overturned my perception of tuna! The sashimi donburi was also perfect. The sashimi and rice blended into one. It was so satisfying!

There is a bakery you can see when you get out of Shimizu Station. The store is not small. Next to it is a drugstore. Unfortunately, this drugstore does not refund taxes. The bakery is frequented by JR office workers and local citizens. We waited for the bus to Miho-no-Matsubara at the door of this bakery.
