Sushikuni

The sushi bowls are not cheap, expect to pay around 3800 yen or about $38 USD per bowl. I ordered the salmon roe on the side so I could mix it with my sushi bowl (1000 yen). My girlfriend ordered the tuna and salmon roe sushi bowl. I tried the tuna and it certainly wasn't amazing, but honestly, for the price, it was pretty good. Also, if you come here, I recommend trying the sushi bowls. All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys sushi bowls, or anyone willing to try something new.

Sushikuni is located at Tsukiji4-14-151f 104-0045, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. I came to this store while strolling around. I took the number and ordered the order first, and then came at the agreed time. You must try authentic Japanese food when you come to Japan. I am super satisfied with the food here. The waiter is super nice. I like it very much and highly recommend it. I don’t like the market too much, but this store is absolutely great!

It's a famous sashimi restaurant. The seafood jelly there is delicious. The sweet shrimps are super big and the eels are very fresh. The chef prepares them on the spot. The price is a little expensive.

Although Tsukiji Market has moved, many shops outside are still open. I had no choice but to get up at 3am to line up for a certain restaurant. I definitely couldn't miss this seafood restaurant that opened at 11am! I arrived at 11am, and the first batch of customers had just entered. There were not many people lining up at the door. I waited for more than ten minutes and got to the restaurant. For a richer taste, I chose the seafood restaurant. Half of the sea urchin was served with various seafood sashimi. The sea urchin couldn't be more delicious. The scallops also refreshed my understanding of it! The price of 3,400 per bowl is really affordable. I want to have a bowl for every meal!

The most recommended dishes of this Sushikoku are its salmon roe and sea urchin donburi and koboreuni donburi. Different from the business hours of other stores in Tsukiji Market, the business hours of Sushikoku are from 10am to 3pm (last order at 14:30) and from 5pm to 9pm (last order at 20:30). The menu at the door has more than a dozen types of donburi to choose from. The salmon roe and sea urchin donburi and koboreuni donburi are especially recommended. At 3200 yen, you will feel that it is a great value for money.
